  1. Content-wise, there is not much difference from what other OD models advocate ie leading with empathy, achieveable goal setting and leaders today are expected to be coaches rather than reliant on the old ’stick & carrot’ obsolete management style

    Delivery-wise: still too much ’salesmanship’ and too much animations can be distracting; there is a difference between sustaining interest and distracting animations to force attention
